SPH, which owns The Business Times, said yesterday that Shaw Theatres, NTUC Foodfare and FairPrice Finest supermarket will take up anchor tenant spots on three separate floors in the family-focused shopping mall.
Shaw will occupy 17,000 square feet on the fourth level and operate eight screens in its multiplex, which can seat about 800 people. The cinema will have a dedicated lift from the box-office level directly to the cinema hall level for the disabled.
NTUC Foodfare will be the mall's food court operator, taking up 12,000 sq ft of space on the third floor and offering 450 seats. With customised low tables, a kids' movie corner and a menu for children, the food court will have a family dining area that caters to children.
