This site at Woodlands Ave 5 is awarded to QingJian Realty at a price of S$216 million or S$317.2 psf ppr with an estimated break-even price of S$617 psf. 

Woodlands Ave 5 EC is approximately 900 m away from Admiralty North South Line Train Station, which is the nearest station. The train service at Admiralty Station will seamlessly link  future residents to Woodlands Train Station and Sembawang Train Station, which both are just 1 stop away. This allows its future residents to access to a more comprehensive public bus services available at both Woodlands Bus Interchange and Sembawang Bus Interchange.
