It is listed under the confirmed list of sites and is allocated to be developed into a mixed residential, commercial development with approximately 420 residential apartments. 

Tang Skyline won the top bid of S$376.88 million which translates into S$851 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).

New Condo in Alexandra View is located at the private residential of enclave of Redhill which is just next door to the exclusive Tanglin residential district, one of the most sought after prestigious private residential area in Singapore. The site of New Condo development is just next to Redhill MRT Station, which is along Tiong Bahru Road.
