The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has sold a residential site in New Upper Changi Road, as part of Government Land Sales (GLS). This land parcel bounded by New Upper Changi Road, Bedok South Avenue 3 and Bedok Road, in the Eastern Region of Singapore. Its site is opposite to Tanah Merah MRT Staiton and closeby to Changi Business Park and Singapore University of Technology and Design. It is listed under the reserved list of sites and is allocated to be developed into a residential condominium. It has a site area of 262,577 square feet and is expected to house approximately 720 housing units. 

CEL Residential won the top bid of S$419.38 million, translating to S$761 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).

Other condominium developments within the vicinity include Stratford Court, Urban Vista, Optima at Tanah Merah, East Meadows, eCo@Bedok South, and the upcoming condo The Glades.

New and upcoming condo in New Upper Changi Road is located just a short walk (about 400 m away) from Tanah Merah Train Station which operates on the East West Line. It is  4 train stations away from Paya lebar Interchange where future residents can transit to the Circle Line where more options to various destinations on the island.
